First point is the main one because it's constant in every episode. After a while you start to notice that Azusa rarely engages in the nice moments but rather is used as a blunt tool to end whatever subject they're discussing so the scene can change. That's all she is, a tool, just like Azufags.

She made the first comment Yui did when she joined. She was just honest and she was overjoyed by the gesture despite the supposed lack of skill (not songwriting) and wanted to hear more.
As for S2E20 it's because she was a kouhai and didn't think that much about the passing of time. Or maybe she's just bad at displaying emotions.
Tonchan was Yui's fault, and despite that she still appreciated the gift and decided to take care of him.
Talking shit behind Ritsu is the only point I'll give you but Ritsu herself seemed to be fine with it.
I'll have to rewatch to address the first point because honestly I don't remember a moment that was outright ruined by her except the one where she had a breakdown. Azusa definitely want a tool to end whatever subject they were discussing since most of the time the girls ignored her demands (e.g. the episode where she was planning to make a comeback and despite all her waiting they ended up eating dinner at Ritsu's house)
