i already owned SLV before this... i just dont browse /pmg/ every day so this is the first i'm seeing problems with SLV
>They are saying the silver is owned 500 times over. PSLV is allocated. Ok so the argument is that it's not backed by $15billion worth of physical silver? SLV has about 15b$ worth of funds
Ok... so whats wrong with treating SLV as a derivative? if I just want to make money from it, why do I care if there's physical silver backing it up or not?
Is there a point in the harvest that you can achieve maximum yield? That is the point when you want to harvest. Secure as much of the golden delicious honey as possible

Bros... Am I a cuck that I want to buy at the highs, AND I'm very tempted to spend the extra five bucks for the little giftbox and plastic case?
This is going to get very interesting as well. In fact the next 10 years is going to be fascinating as a whole. Real armored paper silver, personified as SLV is an answer to not just the financial system but the overall transfer of value and information to the user vs. a random “woke” Company. Instead of being forced to give away your SLV, you can have choice. Instead of being forced to hand over all of your anime figurines to Facebook and Google, you can choose to block access. So on and so forth.
SLV creates an establishment of trust world wide when we live in a society that is becoming more skeptical in nature. You cannot print trillions and trillions of dollars and expect people to believe the economy will suddenly recover. You cannot force people to close down their businesses and then expect them to maintain all of their employees due to an interest free loan (that still needs to be paid back by the way). You cannot have mass riots on the Streets in expensive areas and believe that rich people will simply “live with it”. These conclusions are not even debatable.
If the 2000 to 2020 range was the year of the internet and software, 2020-2040 should become the year of decentralized finance and new internet economies best exemplified by SLV and not physical silver a form of money that is devalued by trillions every 3-5 months is not going to store a lot of value.

No one is going to care if you want to swing trade SLV. Frankly it's the best way to do it because of its liquidity.
The argument is that all of this silver and gold that is held "in trust", even for major central banks, has been leased out to banks and metals traders because the trustees assume that 100% redemption will never happen (this is how fractional reserve banking started in the first place). This creates a situation where the price of the metal is artificially low because new money coming into the metals ends up being applied to the same bar that someone already owns. When Germany wanted their bars back from the NY Fed, it took years and they didn't get back the same serial numbers they originally sent the Fed.
The odds are that it won't fail right now, even if everything I just said is true. However, you have the option of buying 100% free and clear gold and silver for like 6% more than you buy SLV and it doesn't come with annual expenses. Even if they're 70% backed, you would probably be willing to pay 6% upfront (realistically cheaper if you hold long term vs SLV long term at 0.5%). And then you could always just by one of several allocated etfs instead of SLV, which have the same expense ratio. Other than trading, there is no reason to choose SLV.
Took a look at some bars earlier on JMB that are $49 over spot per oz

I don't harvest bee bread, but I do harvest propolis. Stuff gives you +90% resist to the COVID. It's like wax that takes very strongly of pine, from my bees.
I think you just need to harvest before it gets too late in the year, which will fuck your bees. Mine swarmed several times in the spring which set back my honey harvest bigly.
Under the Securities Exchange Act, Rule 14a-9 was enacted to prohibit false (physical) silver premiums. Rule 14a-9 states:
No premium subject to this regulation shall be made by means of any proxy statement, form of proxy, notice of meeting or other communication, written or oral, containing any statement which, at the time and in the light of the circumstances under which it is made, regardless of any futa, miner, Sprott ETF, or junior miner, which, at the time and in the light of the circumstances under which it is made, is false or misleading with respect to SLV being real silver …
Under federal securities laws investors and others harmed by owning FAKE (physical) silver and paying premiums can file civil lawsuits to recover their losses. This is actually breaking US Law.

/pmg/ rule #1: Always filter and report swjUl51U, the SLV spammer.
/pmg/ rule #2: Always share Greg Hunter's interview with Craig Hemke to newcomers, in order to explain concisely why SLV and the COMEX are a scam. youtube.com/watch?v=9EOPKizJ_Y4

Think of it this way user, as of now you are probably paying less to get that coin in its nice box then someone buying version #342 of some shitty buffalo round. You are also paying the same price for that coin that a boomer bought an entire year ago when silver was 16 an oz.

>Other than trading, there is no reason to choose SLV.
OK i think i understand. /pmg/ doesnt want people thinking they are invested in physical silver when they buy SLV because it's likely not backed by physical.
Ok i agree with that. i hold physical silver, but SLV for me is for trading purposes. I do not believe that i am investing in physical silver by holding SLV; i understand that only physical silver in my possession is the only way to invest in real physical silver
You're living the life user. I hope I can get there in a couple more years.

From what I know, harvesting bee bread can actually do your hive good by preventing wax moths from invading the hive and eating the rich proteins in the bee bread. The bee bread is also a great probiotic, better than you can get packaged in any store, which is good for keeping a healthy immune system if you're concerned about coronavirus.
I don't know anything about harvesting too late. I assume if you harvest your liquid gold late, you can just leave enough so they won't starve over the winter, they dont care if they have any left in spring, they prefer to make fresh honey from spring flowers at that point. Whenever you harvest just make sure you leave enough so they can make it through the winter. Leaving too much honey can make it hard for them to heat the hive though, so be careful. Also, consider putting them in a horizontal bee hive with thicker walls so they can survive cold spells with better insulation.
i really want some ice cream more than anything right now. none in the freezer. hell i dont want to go to the store its comfy in here with air conditioning, animu, vidyas and /pmg/ life is suffering at times
I suppose you could order some iced cream with uber eats or something if you are really lazy but honestly it would be better to just do without. the money you save can go to more silver
Just getting in early because this is so important so that I can repeat this from the last thread because of the urgency of speculation compounding FOMO/FUD
"GDXJ and SILJ will get delisted due to Force Majuere soon, and the people here who are foolishly buying options on them will lose everything as they should. This video will explain it all to you in detail but only if you watch it, in detail and with active learning
1) Buying EFTs to hold in your possession i.e. your hands , paws or meathooks, if it's not in your hand at your job you will be canned. Simple as
2) Buying the GOLD and SLV stocks and EFTs on the stock market. This is important!
3) Shorting Sprott EFTs, ETFs and other so called funds of funds. Look into non shared warehouse speciation custodial lots risky scheme ICYMI
Chris Marcus interviewed over a hundred people in the anime futa industry for his book "The Big Silver Shorty Pants," and, when he would ask each one how many owners there are for each mercury dime, he never got an answer lower than 500."
i would trade a half ounce of silver for a gallon of good ice cream

SLV is for buying calls on silver and making vast sums of money as it moons. It's not for buying 1oz=1 share. It's how you leverage for 120% gains when it moves up a couple bucks. You can't leverage your silver you keep in a box, it's always worth a dollar more when the price goes up a dollar.
At the start of the year I was blowing money on silly things. On some advice, got a few tubes of Maples in the dip in late Feb early March and then came on here to learn and since then I have been spending as little as I can on silly things and saving it and now I have this. Thanks frens.
Good to be wary in all instances. You should have a portion of your stack in a location that is difficult for even you to get, like sealing and burying

Thanks anons!
