Yes, they sounded 'very' off. Kagome's actress is the same from Final Act (so not the original) and I never really liked it. I think Kohaku's voice is different too. As for everyone else, they 'sound' older. Inuyasha's in particular was very jarring as I can tell it's the same voice actor but he's not putting that same level of gruffness into it that made him sound like an English Kappei Yamaguchi in the original. And there's no voice echo on the attacks! I actually liked that change. Weirdly, I think Towa and Moroha's voices were the most decent
I wasn't planning on watching the dub either but figured I might check in on it occasionally. Not gonna do that now though.
