Eren met with Yelena not 10 months ago from the current date but 11 months ago. Zackly says in pic related that Eren started meeting with Volunteers ten months leading up to the attack on Marley and a month has passed between the attack on Marley and the Rumbling.
We don't know exactly how long Eren was in Marley but Hange said they spent "a few months" in the outside world in 127. This leaves a window of 11 to a few months where Eren could have gotten Historia pregnant and it means Historia's pregnancy is likely not premature. An important detail of this is that Levi and the MPs may have been lead to believe that she got pregnant while the Scouts were in Marley when she in fact got pregnant before then.

Floch saying Eren told him his plan 10 months ago (9 months before the attack on Marley) and Zackly saying Eren started meeting with the Volunteers 10 months before the attack on Marley is an inconsistency then because they happened at the same time.
