Do our governments even give a shit about this? I think Kraken only reports you to the FED, not to some backwater country.
I'm from Romania and 99% of our banks are private. It looks like my government doesn't have the resources and know-how to track me unless a bank or an exchange tells them directly. I'm new to doing my own taxes and reporting my gains, normally my thieving government takes 40% of your raw salary automatically. So them supposedly taxing JUST 10% of my crypto gains is very generous of them.
