This isn’t true. Liquidators will be able to close out the loan after 11.28$ and receive some of the collateral plus a liquidation fee.

Some whale who already has 1.5M LINK could close out the loan without buying any and collect the collateral and fee. There won’t be a required market buy, that isn’t how AAVE works. It goes to the liquidation marketplace.
