I mean, he is. That was the complaint against the poorly worded spoiler. Although now the spoiler has been changed to "Accelerator is okay with destroying the city IF it's what's necessary to get rid of the dark side", not that he secretly wants to or is planning on having to go that far. It's not much different than saying to Touma "I only protect people in my cellphone's memory" (while protecting Touma, who is in fact in his cell phone's memory)

So, our DM is Misaka Mikoto. Literally. We'd found out she was a Level 5 not too long before she took the DM's mantle, but now... things aren't as awesome as they used to be.
For instance, many of the NPCs are now either Gekota or Kirubear, and are always hitting on the player characters. And the influx of cutesy themes is overwhelming like players waking up next to girly crap or opening a treasure box that is rigged to fire metal Touma figures screaming "FUKOU DA!" everywhere once opened.
I'm comfortable in my masculinity to let this slide, but honestly, what would you do when your quest reward are burnt Touma-shaped cookies?
