I actually started thinking about this, then I started writing an entire fanfic in my head before I knew it
Anyway, the basic idea is to grab Rika as soon as I can, then cautiously ask her "have we met before? I have these memories..." and gauge her reaction, to see if I'm truly in a looping world. Maybe also casually mention Hanyuu's name and see if she looks shocked or confused.
If she responds appropriately, I'll tell her everything about who I am, and how I know everything that's going to happen from reading a weeb story.
Also I will totally go on a date with Rena/Mion as soon as possible

Keiichi learns the village is possessed by demons and defeats two demons pretending to be Rena and Mion. Demon Mion comes back as a zombie and kills people, but the real Rena solves the case. It then turns out that Keiichi has the ability to alter reality by wishing for it. A few years earlier, Rika is revealed to be an evil witch, cursing a police officer so that his wife suffers a miscarriage. Back in the present, Mion’s twin sister exposes the evils of her family. Rena finds out that the demons possessing the village are actually aliens and comes up with a grand plan to stop them. The nurse Takano realizes that Rika is a wicked witch in contact with the aliens and sets out to stop her. In the final arc, the leader of the aliens appears, and a great battle against it and the witch Rika unfolds.
