This. Never heard of it, even most databases have no description for this. Gonna give it a try too. Looks like the type of manga I read a lot in the 90s and early 00s here.

Just finished the first chapter. It was good but only seven chapters have been translated. I'll just add it to the list and come back when it's more complete.

If it's scanlated then I'm clearly not the only one, so none.

Yeah that's good about sites like dex and such. And a problem about manga in general, they never and and take ages to update though maybe sometimes I am lucky and the chapters get at least published regularly.

I am okay with it since discussing manga has become literally impossible here unless you are either a shounen- or fluff romance fag or reading one of the very few popular series that don't belong to either of these two categories.

Same reason for why doujinshi culture is dead for seasonal anime. Gacha trash is more popular and China has a billion people so whatever 1% of Chinese like will always bring in more clout and money than stuff whole other countries might enjoy.
Expect to get nothing but FGO spin-offs, v-tubers and Genshin Impact shit the next decade.

jap shonen is stupid. you can expect a series of 10 issues before it turns into Dragonball.

Korean shit is also derivative but in ways that are new to me, and i've been reading for about 15 years now.

The only way for scanlation groups to attract viewers is scanlating isekaishit. Chink and Gook shits have faster release (the one I'm reading up to date releases 2 chapters biweekly), raw available online and easier to edit so they don't need too many people to work on one project.
Also most of isekaishit regardless of its origin contries are popular with retarded self insert audiences so it's a win win situations.

Really liked this manga, shame it´s been years since the sequel went into hiatus / or was cancelled.

Any tips for writing a script that automatically downloads new chapters of a particular series from Mangadex using Gallery-DL? Using RSS somehow I imagine.

I do but the translation is incredibly slow.

Adou's great if you like 1980s style sci-fi. The art has a big Shirow/Otomo vibe to it.
