According to the wiki she is 160cm tall and weighs 60kg. To reach those stats despite visible and trained muscles, which are far denser than fat or other tissue, she would need both a light frame and super low body fat percentage. Also less muscle mass than depicted.
Realistically, a lean untrained 185cm male will have about the same if not more muscle mass on his skeleton by default.
She's strong for a woman her size, but if you want to actually get overpowered, you'd need to let her win -- if it wasn't for the military training. She knows how to use the strength in the most effective way possible, and choking someone out requires you to either significantly outreach them, be way stronger than them or somehow immobilise them while choking, like pinning someone to the floor, which is hard when you only weigh 60kg. She could kick your ass and easily, but regular chokes wouldn't be involved.
