I fully expect another redraw, he'll most likely keep doing redraws until there's no more plotholes to worry about (mainly, completing the re-integration of Saitama and the mercs due to shuffling/changing the plot). If we're lucky, we might get a webcomic chapter this month, but I wouldn't count on it, and will probably get a new manga chapter by late December at the earliest.
It's been 2 weeks, and Murata has been mostly consistent in updating every 2 weeks. There's no actual confirmation, though

I'm reading the webcomic again from the start.
The manga is getting a lot of criticism for the padding during this arc, but honestly the original is as barebones as it can get. There is basically no setup for anything and some sequences are rushed to the point of hilarity.

Neither the manga or webcomic is that great when it comes to the pacing of the early MA arc, though the manga has the benefit of setting up the MA as an actual threat (on the other hand, you could argue that it didn't really need to be more than an underground gang/cult like it is in the webcomic). Honestly, I don't really mind the "barebones" feel of this part of the webcomic, since I never felt like the MA was ever much of the focus anyway, just a backdrop to explore Garou and the S-Class in more detail- Psykos is an exception, but her role is more of a setup for future arcs. Maybe I'm just cynical though because of the endless fights the manga seems to love, even if I can enjoy each one on their own.

Someone explain to me what this redraw stuff is. When I see a new chapter, I read it. Sometimes I see old chapters released as a x.5 (e.g., 132.2, 132.3).

They(ONE and/or Murata) decided to make the mercenaries survive and changed the Phoenix Man fight to develop Child Emperor distrust into the hero association. Thus these changes influences events a bit, making it necessary to redraw several further chapters.
However for some reason, chapters like the one today are just purely aesthetic reasons and changed nothing about plot or corrections. Not only that, todays chapters created inconsistencies with design of monsters. I have no idea what is going through Muratas mind right now
