Realistically, how many chapters do you think DM has left? Izutsumi and Misurn aren't too far into their character arcs, and Izu is Kui's favorite chara, so I'm thinking she planned to extend the story with some reveal in the next couple chapters.

Basically what thistle want isn't enough to let the lion out because thisle just wishes for his family/kingdom to be well, just in a very twisted way, meanwhile laius and marcille have exotic wishes that the lion can feed.
