I think the chances are less than a woman who has children after she's 35. Also the chances are less depending on how much genes they share, I don't think their parents are related so that's one plus, Kirino and Kyousuke also don't look at all the same, they have different eye colors, skin color and hair colors, they might be pure clones of their respective parents therefore I think the chances of malformations are pretty low.

The story arc in EMS is fucking ridiculous and is secondary to the story, which mainly seems to be about jerking off to how these stupid children are prodigious LN authors, and how MC is a huge fucking faggot that has a harem because..? Especially with the one with "big breasts" being the best writer and yet loving his shitty fanfic and being in love with him. Oreimo has a stronger lead character, a stronger sibling relationship, a reason why the things that happen to Kirino and Kyosuke do, and Kyosuke befriends people through Kirino and his relationships feel organic and not forced. The writing is HEAVILY, UNCONTESTEDLY in Oreimo's favor.
But yes, they're both shit at the end of the day, but Oreimo is shit with good moments, whereas EMS is just shit (I struggle to think of how that makes you laugh in ways that either intended or unintended).
