Even if you realize that Takano killed Tomitake, how are you supposed to know whether or not it's an isolated incident like the deaths of the other club members or if it's a rule? Moreover, can you say that's enough to think she masterminded everything else?
That was my take away the first time I saw that. It was clear to me that she killed Tomitake, but her motives were ambiguous enough that I couldn't tell if she was the one doing it each time.
