But the leadership and partnerships will have endless bags much like XRP.

same old fud that people were saying 30 cents ago. this is not xrp, it is a decentralized network like ETH and they need community participation and engagement in the form of staking and developing. it seems largely academic in nature, as opposed to purely for money, but price growth will encourage community growth , which will lead to more price growth etc. . keeping the price suppressed forever does not achieve this goal

They have a FAST, functioning blockchain. Their tech is accessible enough -- I turned up a relay node in AWS for the hell of it a few weeks ago. It went smoothly and only took a couple hours.

There are -zero- benefits to running a node, though, and the current projects are hilariously bad. (Clout Coin, etc). Other than that, I think the potential is there. Just needs better marketing and some serious projects -- actual, practical use cases.

I can invest in different companies (public or private). I can see tech companies using ALGO to issue their tokens. The landscape for it right now SUCKS, frankly (solium, eshares now carta).
