If you mean the Artist Yokota Takuma, he's worked on a bunch of shit. 'Shudan', 'Sesuji wo Pin!', 'The story between a dumb prefect and a high school girl with an inappropriate skirt length' are all series he's written/illustrated. He's also illustrated 'Sentou Hakai Gakuen Dangerous' and it's prequel-sequel 'Dangerous 1969' and is also working with Ise again on 'Destroy all Humankind'. There's a couple one shots mixed between those.

IIRC it was her idea to get Kitahara to come to the class reunion party too because she wanted to apologize to her. That's what makes her and Kurosawa a natural match in the end. They both started out shitty, things climaxed with her getting back at him for jacking off on her uniform, and both of them mellow out and start improving themselves from then on. We just don't really see Sugawa's even though it's obvious that by the time she starts hanging around Kurosawa she's matured a lot.
