Why is this so rare? It's so much better.
Romance manga with adults

It's harder to justify adults being childish with romance so stories like this have to lean way harder into finding a premise, and one that doesn't just devour the romance.
Teens generate enough drama just by being
K-KAGUYA??!!
*eats meat in your path*
they're usually highly resistant to MISUNDERSTANDINGS

Overall manga certainly skews hard toward a younger demographic, so I'm quite surprised that there are so much 'adult' oriented manga.
because most manga/anime consoomers are children or manchildren who can't or don't want to deal with adult stuff
Do college students count as adults?
Except the ase to sekken, all of these are either short manga with less than 20 pages per month, or the scanlation dead, or both.
>college student
I would say yes, but in most anime or manga they're acting exactly like high schoolers just in another setting. But it's still better.
>consoomers
Fuck off back to Zig Forums.
>It's so much better.
It's not. Bonnouji was rather bland. It wasn't bad, but still not really impactful or romantic.
Honestly I care less about the age of the characters than I do the romance actually progressing. I prefer adult characters because I'm an adult and you can do more things with adult characters IMO, but if the characters are being thick-headed idiots for 100 chapters then it still kind of blows.
Josei
It was good but Futari Ashitamo Sorenarini is better.
Does ReLife count as adult?
That's a nice thing to say, wish somebody would appreciate me for who I am.
I find the sequel tough going because its just so hard to believe more than one man on the planet is interested in her.
Name dropping a few:
Majo-senpai nippou
We may be an inexperienced couple but...
Tonikaku cawaii
Futari ashita mo sorenari ni
Kawaii joushi wo komarasetai
Asuperu kanojo
Ase to sekken
Are you really getting married?
Kono kaisha ni suki na hito ga imasu
Kawaii hito
Mobuko no koi
Honnou switch
Some of these are about college students but I think their should also be considered
To be fair she said it after she accepted his proposal. I like Bonnouji a lot but Yuuya is definitely a way better developed and more entertaining male lead Oyamada.
This one is good but why do I always get bored on every series I read where the MC and FMC is already in a relationship right from the get go. Makes it unexciting somehow.
Because teenagers and manchildren wouldn't read them
Because you've been conditioned by an endless amount of shitty media to only care about the chase and think of a relationship as the ending since it's much easier to drag out love triangles, harems and dense protagonists who can't actually say what they feel.
adults don't read as much manga
this nigger knows what's up
It's not an Zig Forums thing either. Western comic writers hate marriages and stable relationships because they truly believe you can't tell stories with couples like that.
you're almost there, user.
So why nips read manga so much?
I liked the one with the smoking OL. I wish it had more chapters.
>pic related
Because I can't relate to adult romance because the idea of interacting with a girl outside of assigned seating or her starting the conversation doesn't make sense. I imagine that people learned this in high school, so I read/watch high school romances as something that makes more sense to me. Of course, when I was in high school, I never tried to learn these things because a) I didn't realise that after education you never get the 'excuses' to talk to people that I never learnt to socialise without and b) I was spending my time outside of school doing things like shitposting on chan boards and watching high school romance anime
That is actually a very insightful post, user. Sometimes there are gems hidden between all the shitposting.
You are right OP, I mean what can went wrong with pregnancy manga
