But this time is right, this anime was magic and in my opinion the reason that P4 will last forever.

As someone who played vanilla P4 and watched the show, I enjoyed the anime a lot more. It was hilarious, the voice work was great, and it cut out a lot of the needless over-explanation. Plus, you aren't really missing anything gameplay wise.
Also, the shadow Yu scene was better than anything in the game and should be cannon.

Pretty good, love how it almost seamlessly turned the video game story into a TV format. I also liked the Golden Animation for being cleverly meta, despite everybody shitting on Marie and the poor animation at times. Hope we'll see a Persona 5 Royal Animation soon.
