Made in Abyss

What do we know about the main plot?
Is Lyza really fucking dead?
Did Lyza tell Bonder before her lasto dive to prepare a human for Riko's white whistle?

>Is Lyza really fucking dead?
She was alive to ask Reg to go up to the surface and get Riko. So like 2 or 3 months before the events of the fist chapter of the manga.
>Did Lyza tell Bonder before her lasto dive to prepare a human for Riko's white whistle?
I don't think so, I don't even know if Bonerdude even intended for Prushka to turn into a whistle but she was such a good kid she gave him the blessing and became Riko's whistle at the same time.

>So like 2 or 3 months before the events of the fist chapter of the manga.
I meant two or three months before Riko and Reg began their journey into the abyss. Brain fart.

Something weird is going on with Lyza. If all she wanted to do was go on her last dive, there's no reason for her to fake her death OR leave her whistle behind.

And if she descended, she must not have gone through Idofront. Bondrewd doesn't mention seeing her when he talks about the other white whistles, and she couldn't have activated the elevator without hers anyway. Its possible that she tagged along with Wakuna, but that doesn't explain why she faked her death and left her whistle to Riko.

So either:

Something REALLY weird is going on we simply don't have enough information to predict yet.

Lyza is dead in a way that didn't leave a body behind to bury, so the grave was "real" even though there was no one buried there.

Lyza is actually in the upper layers of the Abyss and Riko has already passed by her, and Lyza is trying to do something that depends on such absolute secrecy people needed to think she was dead.

jesus christ i watched the third movie last night. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
why do i keep going to loli abuse central expecting anything less fucked

>there's no reason for her to fake her death OR leave her whistle behind.
Reg prepared the Grave on the 4th layer with Blaze Reap, the whistle and the letter, we don't know why though.
>And if she descended, she must not have gone through Idofront. Lyze likely went below the 6th layer years ago. She gave her Whistle to reg when she sent him to the surface.

Good question user. It gets more and more intense the further down the wonder hole they go.

Considering the trend with white whistles being nutcases I wonder how fucked in the head she is and what her quirks are. She is the annihilator after all

I need more MIA now
movie adapting the village when?

>marrying and bearing a child in the Abyss
she's clearly a fucking psycho sociopath

Dead manga
Pedo show

I really hope this bitch turn out to be super fucked and evil. The entire concept of white whistles being built on sacrifices was pretty fucked up, and I already know that the author won't even bother addressing this as a moral conflict again because Riko cried her two tears and now we're all happy and moving on. For me, the entire white whistle system was fucked there and then and it made me question all the users. If Riko wasn't brain damaged she'd seriously consider Lyza fucked in the head like Bondrewd and to an extent Ozen. Ozen has lived for ages so maybe she's calmed down over the years.
I want Lyza to be the one who killed her husband, and asked Reg to retrieve Riko because she now needs another sacrifice for some fucked up shit. I want to see Riko's face when Lyza has some twisted fucked up smile on her face and is about to kill her.

She's the final villain, corrupted by the abyss. She lured her daughter into the abyss to kill her.

Anime only cuck here, do we get to see more Bondrewd later on. Nigga is super based, love his design. Riko thinks he's a monster or whatever but she couldn't have descended without his daughter or his tech.

>Is Lyza really fucking dead?
The Death cannot die.

Lyza will be an abomination worse than Mitty, how would it look? The twist is she chose it

I love my wife Nanachi.

I love her dead wife Mitty!

Reg what the fuck?! You were supposed to bring the other white whistles not 12 year old daughter!
Did you at least hid the necklace on the surface?!

>love everything about the series except the two main characters
this is a weird feel

I share the sentiment. I don't exactly hate them, but I just don't care. For me, they are only useful to explore the Abyss through their eyes and nothing else.

Tsukushi is a hack even worse than Togashi.

>did nothing wrong
>gets away with everything
Mitty was another failure at the end, nothing of real value was lost

Not just the white wristles "thing" but the white wristle "person" also is build on sacrifices. Its not exactly like this, but Ozen sacrificed her body, Ozen his sanity and who knows who will be next

Except that all the white whistles wanted it to happen to them, otherwise they wouldn'tve turned into those stone things. There's nothing morally wrong here.

>nothing morally wrong about using human sacrifices
Are you high? It just proves my point that all the white whistles are fucked in the head, no sane person would do such a thing just to be able to use some shit tier artifacts. If it became public knowledge that white whistles required human sacrifices, we'd see how many people outside the abyss would call the bearers 'legends'.

>a human sacrifice doesn't matter as long as the person being sacrificed is cool with it, bro
I guess cults are fine too then

>all the white whistles are fucked in the head
not him but yes and the anime (not movie) states that in Ozen arc, to peek at the truth abysm (what white whistles do) you have to left some part of your humanity behind.
>some shit tier artifacts
Wrong, relics that transcend human comprehension are worth of some moral questioning choices. Anyway the people that turned into stones were ok with it, besides some form of their consciousness or soul still remains in the whistle, it's beautiful, who doesn't want to turn himself into a fucking precious stone that activates the purest and rarest relics of the abyss? I will do it

what did Reg mean by this

>surface layer morality

Grow up.

>I want Lyza to be the one who killed her husband
She had her white whistle while he was alive

Lysa is almost certainly going to be wrathful and unpredictable in a way that we haven't yet seen in a character. Ozen was harsh and impersonal, but ultimately retained a good core. Bonedaddy had gone insane in the pursuit of the dawn and lost any sense of perspective. Lysa has gone deeper than any of them and it wouldn't be thematically very consistent if she turned out to be in a reasonable state when we find her. The question is what personality flaws will she have? I imagine it will be a violent, pathological rage that ultimately is self-destructive. The other characters already are aware of her lethality, but combine that with going into the Final Maelstrom and she isn't going to be in a good place when we reach her.
