Who did it better?

Vegeta is a developed and flawed character.
Sasuke is written horribly and only appeals to edgyteens.
Bakugou is trash like most MHA characters.

bejita isn't as entertaining as Sasuke.

What makes SHITsuke better? He's written like a crazed psycho who gets forgiven because he's a author's pet.

Vegeta was fucking worthless postNamek, literally only exists to make Goku look better in comparison.
Bakugo's story isn't over, but he seems pretty irrelevant to the overall plot desu, he's a fucking joke compared to Deku in terms of powerlevel now too. Hard to tell what the author wants to do with him.
Sasuke was fucking based from beginning to end and he's actually the reason Naruto stands out as a series. The fact that he makes retards seethe to this day is a testament to that fact. Even if he went off the rails after Itachi fight, it was entertaining as fuck.

There's this vibe to this archetype that just comes off as inherently unlikeable insomuch that the series tends to bend over backwards to felate how cool they are. In that regard, while Vegeta is constantly thrown bones like attaining super saiyan or being lauded as a brilliant tactition for employing basic strategy it's nowhere near as bad as the wank characters like Sasuke, Bakugou, and other similar rivals are given by the supporting cast and the series itself. He's not guilt free of this archetype by any regards, but it also less in your face as later examples.
