I don't know who is the genius who knows 3 studios who started this meme, but this is how this stuff goes:
There are studios who will exclusively adapt certain works or almost exclusively do originals, the chances any of those kinds of studios will adapt your favorite manga is almost zero. Not only does a director in that studio has to like it a whole lot, the production itself has to want to work with him on it over another project.
You cannot petition or hype a studio to adapt your manga.
You are also not the first fanbase who tried to hype studio trigger to adapt a jump manga. Bleach fans amnd naruto fans both tried before.
There are studios that do a lot of jump adaptations, those are generally bigger studios like pierrot and toei. These guys, however, are less likely to adapt something shorter like chainsaw man.
Death note and KNY are very rare examples of shorter works being adapted by a non long running adaptor. There is a high chance chainsaw man never gets adapted.

Absolutely not. SHAFT ruins any action scene, and it's just bad in general.

Madhouse might be a good option, they have done good work with action sequences.

Barely anyone in CSM threads has suggested Trigger as a studio for exactly the reasons you mentioned.
I have no idea how that person who wrote that article came to that conclusion. Probably just his own opinion

Shaft but with another studio for help would be kino. I was reading the credits for kizumonogatari and for some reason it had PA works and White Fox, so maybe a situation like that. Current shaft is too cheap for CSM.

For maximum butthurt, it's best if the studio that did Dorohedoro does Chainsaw Man, if at all.
That way, the triggerfagglets remain butthurt, the chainsaw man-fags will also cry foul, and the fans of just wanting to see that stuff animated will be happy anyway.
