The aviation side is more aesthetic. It's a fun show that doesn't fit neatly into any box.

If you're in it for the planes I wouldn't say so just yet. It's not over so we might be in for some plane kino but thus far the planes didn't get enough focus I think. That said, it's still a good anime.

Bet Odin was the villain the whole time and each of the main characters are killed off one by one until it ends with Claudia going kamikaze into Odin or the last Pillar in a blaze of glory with the ghosts of her friends and her fellow valkyries by her side.
