if so then no. because (as long as its in the range of whatever is warping reality) then it stops reality from being warped. thats why giorno couldnt stop pucci.

can it stop actions it's unaware of, though? for instance, something like this post someone attempts to kill giorno remotely and instantly without him even being aware of their existence. can GER stop it? is it omniscient?

GER might be WoU's hard counter

It can reverse any intention. It wasn't "aware" in Diavolo's erased time in the typical sense, but it could still erase his actions and the effects of Diavolo's ability. GER isn't omniscient, but its ability damn near is.
