There's not gonna be a Medamashi
She also did nothing wrong
Can't wait for watadamashi's answer arc to be told from Mion's perspective
>It's just 10 hours of Mion thinking "I really like Kei-chan!" "Kei-chan is so hot today!" "Kei-chan's cute tummy!"
I can buy that Satoko is looping but what I don't buy is her having malignant intent, working with Shion, and/or working against Rika. I think she was genuinely suspicious of Keiichi, not trying to pin a murder on him.
Everything in Kira is so bouncy. I love it.
What's suspicious is her always dying next to someone else. It really looks like she is committing murder-suicide there. It could just be that Mion killed her and the clawed out her throat, but that's a bit too much of a coincidence if you look at how Onidamashi ends.
They were both killed by yamainu. The gun is different from Mion's.
They wouldn't just leave them there. They even made a point about how careful they are when it comes to disposing of corpses in the VN.
Why do we have four Higu threads at once?
It's not about whether she can get access to a real gun (I'm sure it'd be very easy) but carrying it openly that's the problem, especially the idea of her randomly switching between real and fake with no way of knowing when she might be caught with the real one. It makes no sense to think she'd do that, and Mion's usually pretty cowardly compared to Shion, so it's more likely that she's always carrying a toy than a real one.
So do you think Rika is playing 5d chess and told Satako she was going to be killed by Mion?
It'll take me a while to get a script out and I can't guarantee it will be that good, hopefully Zig Forums can proofread and TLC a bit.
I know how to do it.
All the links to the first chapter images are here: web-ace.jp
No. She had no reason to do that since she had already given up on this timeline.
How advanced was crime science in the 80s? If there were multiple bodies, that Yamainu moved, can the do the DNA analysis to figure out who's blood was on Mion and Satako?
I watched the last episode, which major version of the murders did you come up with, anons?
WHAT IS THIS BITCH DOING
>especially the idea of her randomly switching between real and fake with no way of knowing when she might be caught with the real one
It makes plenty of sense. Carry around a fake weapon until the police pull you over, report them to the supervisors for harassment, then switch to the real one when they learned to leave you alone. Sonozakis have enough sway to do that, and they play that kind of "you can't touch me" game with the police on a regular basis.
There's a reason bluffing works.
>It makes no sense to think she'd do that
It makes plenty of sense, because if she plays her cards right, she now gets to have personal protection 50% of the time instead of 0% of the time.
>Mion's usually pretty cowardly compared to Shion
If you want me to disregard you entirely, I will.
Mion is not above intentionally pissing off the police.
DNA fingerprinting was only discovered in the mid 80s I think.
Tataridamashi will already be insane, but just imagine how kino it would be if Satoko really is evil.
But she knew Mion was going to kill her. It was already over for her but that doesn't mean Satoko couldn't do something. Plus Satoko caught Mion in a lie right away.
OYASHIRO-SAMA NO!!!
WELP, SOMEONE'S MAD.
THIS CALLS FOR A DANCE .GIF TO LIGHTEN THE MOOD.
Trying to smoke out a rat.
Damn, Mi sure has a nice pair on her.
What's her endgame bros?
Why? It'd ruin her character just for some cheap thrill. If she's looping I want to know how Satoko handles it and how her future went after Matsuribayashi.
Why would she care? To Rika, it doesn't matter what else happens in this timeline.
>Plus Satoko caught Mion in a lie right away.
She could be looping too. There is enough evidence for it to at least not be outlandish anymore.
Apparently TTs are popular with Yakuza, according to Ryukishi himself, it may be a different pistol all together.
Rena knows what's good
If they're both time looping then they're working together and trying to create a different outcome.
>It'd ruin her character just for some cheap thrill.
That's what people were expecting from Watadamashi but it turned out to be pretty true to Mion's character despite making her the culprit.
I just think, maybe there were more bodies, but someone took them AND the gun. The gun left was the one that Mion and/or Satoko was killed.
SATOKO IS INNOCENT
Because this is how Zig Forums is supposed to operate. When a show takes the site by storm they have multiple threads talking about it. What Zig Forums isn't a bunch of faggot generals occupied by gatekeeping hugbox loving fucks. Zig Forums is at its best when we're going apeshit for one show.
>ruin her character
Not if she is just a piece on Lambda's gameboard. She would just be controlled by a higher force. Not any different than going L5 really.
People forget that she's a walking L5 bomb, it happened to go off this episode after Rika said that cringey doomspeak to her and then she went missing. She's not the mastermind or anything, but she it a powerful gear in this new setting.
idk seems to be K1
Literally this. People who try to centralize everything in one thread is the worst. Zig Forums can have 20 Higurashi threads if it wants to.
Anyone else notice how Ooishi didn't actually explain the state of the corpses, we only got to see the screenshots of them? In Onidamashi iirc Mion at least described the stab wounds and stuff on Rika and Satoko but Ooishi only says that they were found in a hallway of the house. Maybe we're overthinking things like the specific gun.
>There's not gonna be a Medamashi
But they didn't show any of the cool parts.
Yeah, it's just not convenient to monitor 20 threads at once, that's all
Ah, I see. This is all just because you shits want some ebin meta battle between LD and Bern.
She wants the D.
I think that if a firearm looks too realistic you can actually get in trouble with the police for it in Japan, and there were strict regulations on how they could be made even back in the late 1970s so that they couldn't easily be converted into a firearm. So yes, it's stupid to think Mion would try to pull that chicken game shit because Ooishi would be all over arresting her ass for it.
You don't have to! Or you can try and have fun with the chaos.
So about this arc, is it possible we never had one person go L5? Mion, or Shion (Shmion), talking to Keiichi in the cell there seemed about as lucid and focused as any other time. I don't believe, at this point, whichever twin that was had gone looneytunes yet. Yeah, someone was freaking out with the ladder, but that could have just been massive frustration and anxiety. Shmion was pretty logical in their approach, believing it was their duty to stop the madness of the Three Families and the citizens of Hinamizawa. Maybe they were murderous, but not necessarily nuts.
She's gonna get what's coming to her
Watch the OP. You're going to be disappointed if you don't want any Umineko content in Higurashi.
Mion had scratch marks on her neck. She also had massive paranoia regarding Rika.
DEEN made this scene so fucking unemotional, jesus christ.
We are getting like no information this time.
For example, in the Onikakushi we have Rena and Mion killed by Keiichi, Keiichi's commuting suicide and Takanoo and Tomitake shit. Some of it was faked and motivations were not what the looked like, but it was there.
In Onidamashi we have no idea what Rena did, what happened with Rika and Satoko, how Rena dies and so on.
Featherine doesn't necessarily mean it will be gameboards and pieces and shit, it could just be how Hanyuu became Featherine. It doesn't mean anyone is actually playing a "game" of Higurashi.
I expect some metaverse shit, just not Bern vs LD hijacking Satoko.
I dunno, feels were had by me in that scene.
I did not see those. When are those visible?
...okay but why though
Maybe, but her being in this show means that it's entirely possible that it is just a game between witches and that both sides control one central piece. If we're going with the Satoko theory, then it's Rika for one side and Satoko for the other. Makes sense, doesn't it?
