Weekend Waifu Drawthread

If it's not too much trouble, I'd like to request my wife, Kirumi Tojo.

-If possible, I'd like to see her reading a book of some sort, perhaps a history book about maids? The artist can make a book title up, obviously.
-Another idea could be to have her riding a bicycle with some sort of riverbank background.
-A third option would be to have her just coming home after a long day, exhausted but happy.
-Her in her Pre-Killing Game Outfit setting a small (2-3) person table would be cute to see.
-I'd really like if I could have a POV style picture of Kirumi and the viewpoint person holding both of each others hands while facing each other, with her having a cute smile and a blushing face. I don't mind which uniform you use, though if you use her Killing Game outfit, I'd like her gloves to be off.
-Lastly, given she shares the same last name (東条) as Hideki Tojo, as well as their shared occupation I'd like to see her in a WWII era Japanese Army Officer's uniform. (Reference to how those look here: files.catbox.moe/dhnf69.png ) Out of these six outfits, I think she would look best in the dress uniform version of the outfit, but if the artist feels another one would be more suitable, feel free to pick a different one.

Though, as long as she's smiling happily I'll be happy with most any other ideas the artist wishes for the composition, though I'd prefer that they're just cute or cool.

I'm a beginner artist and pretty shit so far. What's a good way to learn to draw cute girls and waifus? That's my first focus and /ic is very focused on other things as well. For now I just want to draw waifus for people here, but my skills are not good enough yet.. I wonder how to improve that exact part.

Don't worry and just draw for people here, 99.99% of them are happy with anything.
