skills arent needed anymore with stands
thats why i like part 1 and 2 more, hamon users had to train before fighting an antagonist, not be in your own hometown waiting for some silly murderer with a hand fetish to make a wrong move so you can defeat him and his explosive cat stand

This, holy fuck. I recently rewatched the first three episodes of part 1 and I love the stuff like Dio playing chess, throwing Danny into a furnace, walking around in the London streets with some booze, etc. Then the turned into a vampire and he became bland as fuck.
