An exception is a weird statement to make because everyone in that mirror universe is just themselves.
Tooe's exception is that she's called to the town via Izuko's issues with Tooe but through a method which Tooe already regularly abuses to chat with people.

No, Rainy Devil is just a normal part of regular Tooe from back when she was a young'un like Kanbaru.

Two of them are too smart for their own good and the last one is too dumb for her own good.
They also have a genetic need to create oddities which is fucking weird because Kanbaru hasn't done it yet and as Tooe tells us, Izuko making Yotsugi was her basically following her Gaen DNA.
They're also 10/10 in their own individual ways but that's purely personal opinion.
