Well, think of it this way: the larger holders have been holding since like December 2019. They see the price reach ATH and so they sell little clips.
Nothing strange. This coin is new only in that it's only starting to get noticed but it was here in late 2019.
The price impact you're talking about is just due to low liquidity, volume etc. This will change like it already has and I hear whispers that it will be added to other exchanges soon.
