Guys if you want to watch real time silver price just use the OANDA ticker for cfds: XAGUSD. Typically during bullish trend the futures will trade at a slight premium to this. Current contract silver futures price is 28.25 (10-15 minutes delayed).

Bros... how do I bet on rice costs increasing for the chinese? They may not buy from the US, so I’m not sure if these rough rice futures are adequate.
How could rice be near 52-Wk lows right now? Unless so many people are going to die from China floods that the demand for rice will collapse? Massive deflation?
i haven't activated options on my trading account yet but am i right in assuming i'd need to own 100 shares of something if i want to sell a covered call, since it's not a naked call basically if i think something is just gonna crab then it's just "free" money, and if it goes up much more then I just miss out on the extra gains
the only loss I get is just from the loss from the 100 stocks I own itself, which would have happened regardless of the covered call, but i still keep the "Free money" premiums from selling the covered call to help offset the loss a bit
maan all I need to find out if the CRA will be on my ass for doing this in a TFSA
