For starters, have her grow out of her Sasuke obsession after he tries to kill her at the latest, ideally even earlier.

Give her all the mundane moves, but make her really good at them. That was her gimmick in early Naruto before Sharingan and Rasengan took over.

Aside from making her not sauce obsessed and giving her more abilities there's not much to changing her unless you just make a different character with the same character design

I'd revise how she views Sasuke and why she even likes that faggot. She's literally chasing a crush she has no real basis for having outside of him being talented, "cool' and "handsome". I'd make her feel embarrassment in pleading with Naruto to bring him back. How she couldn't rely on any of her own talents and had to ask her more competent teammates to do something she was too weak to even contribute doing.

I'd change her hairstyle and give her more techniques. If Team 7 is supposed to be the next-generation Sannin then she needs to be active and I'd keep her active even after the cool Sasori fight. She'd be out there with Hinata when Pain arrives in Konoha. She'd contribute heavily to turning the tide during the Great Ninja War. She wouldn't just be some faggy sidelined medic. I'd make her fight Sasuke with everything she has instead of nearly being killed by him. Make him respect and/or fear her, especially in the weakened state he was in after the Danzo fight.

Got to disagree with Why do you people always go easy on cunts? Don't delete them, actually KILL them off. I would brutally and painfully have Sakura killed off to the point I would ensure her voice actress needs to deliver lots of agonizing and chilling horrid screams of pain. To delete them is to simply omit the garbage character and that's delusion, better to actually deal with the shitty character and killing them off is more satisfying.

Have Sasuke attempt to kill her and this did happen in the series. But instead of Naruto and Kakashi saving her? They both agree to let her die and refuse to interfere with Sasuke's attempt on her life. The reason why they decide to let her get murdered? Because she proved herself to be a disloyal traitor to her village in her pursuit of bad boy cock. And as a final wrap up have Naruto and Kakashi report this to Tsunade who will have no choice but to consider Sakura, her student, a failure and a despicable traitor who will bring shame to her family. And will be spoken of as an undesirable in the village gossip circle.

I wish Sakura actually used her medic knowledge in combat. It would have been cool if she retooled some of her medical jutsu for combat, like the Chakra Scalpel, and then beat enemies by targeting all the right spots. But instead she just got to punch and kick really hard.

Nah man, I'm tired of the cliche of excusing shit females. Do you know how many creators openly say the following:

That's an exaggeration but it does happen that creators like Togashi who made series like Yu Yu Hakusho openly said he didn't like Keiko the main love interest. But if you don't like her? Kill her off. She's your character. I don't understand the general mentality of loser creators of any given series or franchise. You hate the character? Kill them off you made them in the first place. This isn't like say Disney Star Wars where politically correct pieces of human shit came intruded and invaded George Lucas' creation and killed off his characters.
