I can't really think of any but if KNY has made something clear. And it that you don't need to have the most exciting plot ever, or have a well-developed cast, or an interesting MC, or last 300+ chapters. As long as your story is competent enough, with a fun cast and story. You can succed

Nothing new, but pitting superhuman monster against swordsmen in a "one move decides it all" (beheading) is kinda cool. Certainly it makes it more interesting without the need of overcomplicating battles.
It also helps with the power creep (no matter how strong the demon, he dies when beheaded). No weird arbitrary power levels.
