We're never going to the neighborhood aren't we ? Daisuke health will get to him before the end of those new tests.
My guess is that Daisuke don't know how to approach the away mission since it would drastically change the book genre. So he's buying time to end the manga early.
I do think he's trying to get the maximum possible use out of the cast he's established. He'll need to trim the cast down to what, 20 people? Down from 100. This is also the chance to clearly establish the crew going forward.
I doubt he's ending early. If he wanted an early ending he could have done it at the end of the rank wars.
Landon King
It makes sense, nonetheless it is quite ambitious. The away mission feels more like new start than a ending. I hope I'm wrong and Daisuke can end the story he wants to tell.
Oliver Rodriguez
He could end it here. Maybe we'll get a World Trigger Shippunden with an artist without a broken neck.
Lincoln Gonzalez
I'd like to trust in Ashihara because he's mentioned that he's planned pretty far ahead, or at least has an idea of where the series is going. Plus, we've seen that he's fairly good at setting things up from tons of chapters before something is relevant.
I do think it will be a pretty big shift once it happens though, but it's not like the first time. It's like how we've practically lost all the school SOL scenes from the early part of the manga, and the invasion arc too was fairly different from the rank wars arc.
Juan Brown
What if he snipes the act-age artist?
Colton Jackson
I'm hyped for the next arc myself, because I want those Katori-Osamu interactions.
Jace Richardson
That would be the optimal way to go imo.
Julian Jenkins
Do they have to use their real bodies for the away mission?
Cooper Ortiz
>My guess is that Daisuke don't know how to approach the away mission since it would drastically change the book genre The whole tournament arc already did that. We've already seen enough in both the flashbacks to Neighborhood events and present day invasion conflicts to get a rough idea of how it would play out.
Ashihara is simply in the enviable position of being unaxeable. WT was on medical hiatus for, what, over a year? Several years? And the series had become popular enough that he got to stick around and get a second anime. The quality of the plot and chapter to chapter writing so far, as well as how well the story fits together overall, gives me little reason to believe this is merely a stalling tactic. It's just the creator being in a situation where they can really just keep the story moving at the pace they want and covering everything they want to with little worry of having to ax it at a moment's notice.
Jin and the agents left behind will have to defend Mikado city and you better believe the Aristera royals plot line will become extremely relevant. Double parallel plot lines incoming, it’s gonna be wild.
Thomas Martin
Their real bodies have to leave, but it's likely the operating procedure is to use their trigger bodies when outside the ship and bailing out sends them back to the ship. Remember, when using trigger bodies the real body is still right there with them, just sort of in a pocket dimension. Bailing out isn't like cancelling an astral projection, it physically launches the real body back to base instead of just canceling the trigger body and leaving you in the middle of danger.
Why wouldn’t she? She’s taking the test with the rest of T2, and T1 has that girl who came back with the elder Canadian.
Jack Stewart
Everyone does, even Neighbors. Or else Enedora would still be alive and Hyuse wouldn’t be stranded on Meden
Gabriel Peterson
I almost want them not to be on the same squad just to see how everyone reacts, but the development is too juicy not to happen.
Adrian Harris
>9 more days until next chapter What do you guys think? Hiatus, 1 chapter, or actually getting 2 chapters?
Benjamin Ross
I'm catching up on this now. It's pretty fun so far and I like the concept of trion. I heard this is a good example of powers done well in shonen. Wish the mangaka wasn't going through so much health shit
Aaron Wright
At least one chapter, please Ashihara-sensei. Save the hiatus for January when we have the anime to tide us over.
Colton Barnes
How far in are you? The fun doesn’t begin for most people until four or five volumes later
Parker Richardson
Halfway through volume 2. I really like jin and this whole "side effect" thing. If other people have side effects I hope they aren't super OP like his.
James Lewis
She would. Remember, she joined Tamakoma around the same time as Torimaru, so she isn't their first operator. Most likely their previous operator was Yuri, and with her back she'll take back over T1 while Shiori formally becomes operator for T2.
Justin Morgan
He has what is easily the most busted side effect in the story. The rest of the SE’s are far more low key in comparison. Hang on tight because the story hasn’t even scratched the surface of what its battles are truly capable of yet.
Aaron Davis
>Halfway through volume 2 have play an online game in your life?
Jayden Allen
Does World Trigger Smash Borders count?
Owen Butler
Yeah I have. I don't get it...
Okay that seems good then. The comedy is also really nice. Seeing characters interact with each other and it feeling natural is great.
Easton Gonzalez
>I don't get it... the longest arc is basically a starcraft tournament.
Wyatt Gray
>Halfway through volume 2 Oh boy, you haven't yet gotten to the best parts. Nor seen why everyone considers Osamu best boy.
Brayden Brooks
Three chapters. I believe.
Levi Stewart
Is the arc that's still going on? I heard there's been a tournament going on for quite a few years now.
Justin King
It ended. And man it was fucking good. Top 3 tournaments in manga for me.
