Who the fuck is the professor? Have we seen him before or is this episode the first time he's mentioned?

probably someone we know
why would they cover his face elsewise
something something mc from the future asspull

First time he's been mentioned, and I think he's supposed to be Hina's dad.

odin my ass
god i hate japanese atheist faggots insulting every garbage as divine being
ruins every game and every anime

I see, thanks.
Tripfagging is weird. I wonder how many other people I fight with in one thread and talk to in another thread without knowing it's the same person

jun already did that in summer pockets

Apparently the author of Act Age

This kills the storybook fags

>cultural belief that there is a god for everything, they they mingle/play pranks on humans, every mundane article or event is part of that network of gods
>why do they make everything into gods!!!!!

shit culture

I don't anyone ever seriously thought Hina was actually a goddess, most people thought she was either chuuni or the world was a simulation/a dream.

>yota's parents were expecting hina to show up
>hina's father is a mysterious professor that the government is spying on
there's only 5 episodes left. what's going to happen?

hina is falling in love with mc
he will pull a toradora tier drop on his love interest and take her instead
btw the episode about her mother made my cry at the end
fucking onion ninjas

It's okay user. I got a boner during the scene where they were sitting on the hill together. I'm not proud of it.

That's probably going to be really rushed. Even Charlotte managed to spread its plot over its episodes better even if the execution was very flawed. The show's making the same mistake where they include characters that could easily be deleted without affecting the plot (like Yota's friends or the ramen mother).

says the user watching anime

since when was having characters without plot relevance a mistake? you seem like the type of person who thinks there's only one way to write a good story

It's more like the show's wasting too much time on things that won't be relevant later on anyway. It wouldn't have been a problem if the show was a pure SoL without much of a plot, but given that it's written by Maeda and he promised that this is going to be his "saddest show yet", there's that overbearing thought about how shit will hit the fan, and when it will happen. And the less time that's devoted to the main plot, the more rushed it will feel, which was a heavy criticism of both Angel Beats and Charlotte.

the movie shooting episode?

why is this always compared to charlotte

Yes

I'll finish it for Hina's sake, nothing else matters

boohoo, saddest garbage on the planet according to the shitty maker, dead little sister revived as god or some dumb shit, shit show dropped long ago.

christcucks on suicide watch
based japan did it again

same writer
same animation studio
a character from charlotte showed up in the festival episode, said character even had a very subtle and delicate nod to another charlotte character on his shirt

>a character from charlotte showed up in the festival episode,
lol which

just checked
still dont remember him

Japan's the one with turbo high suicide rates though. I wonder what that could mean, hmm.

Another bit that many don't know is that in one of the drama tracks, Nao has called that same character a lolicon as well.

It was during this scene. He was the “main” character whose main traits were being super fast and drooling over the idol. The first time I saw the episode, this went over my head, too. Goes to show how forgettable the Charlotte cast was (Nao being, perhaps, the only exception).
