I've read the reviews of this before I watched the show. Long story short, soft-hearted otakus complained about her being too devious in the reviews. Complaining about her not warming up to the other characters and making friendships. She is basically a piece of shit, but I think that makes good main character we rarely see in anime (always the well intending hero). There need to be more MCs like her. Too fucking bad season 2 made her a tame joke compared to season 1. Soft hearted otakus got their wish in the end.
Same happened with Ange, even fucking Nana complained about it, fucking 11s with their ahit taste.

One more thing, I fucking loved this scene. She drop-kicked a starving fallen angel girl in the back screaming Marry Christmas and then stole her bread crumbs which was her only food. Beautiful.

Yea that was my favorite scene in both seasons. It's when snek clicked with me. I also hope Jashin-chan has a massive relapse back into her season one personality.

she hasn't changed it's just that she avoids doing things that might get her in trouble with Yurine sort of like a dog, she has been trained with a stick rather than carrot

I want to see a chapter were Yurine goes away for a week and Jashin-chan goes on a snek rampage. They need to let her loose now and then.
There were limits to begin with, I feel like. She could have done more mischievous things. The possibilities are endless, but maybe I'm just fucked up.
