I really enjoyed this, and I'm hoping they continue it. It's pretty much the perfect balance of dopamine and beautiful artwork.
The only thing that sucked about it so far: Subaru should have just headed out with Rem and had a great life but instead he dediced to become a turbo simp for an autistic elf girl. Your thoughts?
>Subaru should have just headed out with Rem and had a great life That's what he wanted, but Rem corrected his frame of mind. It's the plot of an IF story though
She became too best girl and much more popular than the intended main girl, so the author had to shelf her.

I've avoided anime like cancer for my entire life but my wife talked me into watching this over the last couple weeks and it's the most addictive thing i've ever dealt with. Anime is like crack. Frens, all I want is a cute Rem clone to do my dishes, suck my dick, and do my laundry.

I guess he had to write her back in as a counter to Editor-sama stealing the title of #1 Emilia fan
If Subaru went with Rem, then they would've abandoned everyone which lead them to die and Subaru would've never became the hero he was meant to be.
Teppei even confirmed that it's a bad ending in the Sloth IF because he'll return to the Appa store after dying as an old man due to having regrets for ditching Emilia.

Tappei never confirmed that, you’re making that up

Ayamatsu was the only one where he actually died and didn't RbD wasn't it

I get that but it reminds me of when I was in high school. There was a girl who I immediatly fell for and ended up doing a lot of things for. She had a lot of problems and wasn't all that smart, but I tutored her and looked after her to ensure she graduated. She did, and went on to continue being a basic failure. I carried on, married another girl and have two beautiful kids. Ultimately the other girl was a complete waste of my time and nothing came of it; ended up not being my problem at all despite how much work I put in and how much I cared. Not my problem anymore. I realize I'm projecting a lot, but ultimately I think he should have made a judgement call and taken off with Rem. Humorously I had a similar option and didn't take it.

Doesn't he tell Rem after their child is born that he no longer has any regrets?

> A light blue sky, a town that looked ordinary in every way──the scenery of a family’s ordinary life.
> That common, irreplaceable happiness definitely existed in one corner of the world.
> There were things that were lost, things that were abandoned, places that were ran away from, memories that couldn’t be forgotten even if they tried…
> Despite having all these feelings, they would still live in this world that went on.
> …And that was also an ending for one of the loves of a lost boy that wandered into another world.
You should know that Subaru is a contradictory person. Both of them will still have lingering regrets about their choice for the rest of their lives.
He never said that, although one should pressume it's a bad ending because they abandoned everybody else and they died. And Subaru became a hero in Banan anyway.

>An LN volume's worth of chapters (15-20) every 3 months
He took a few years to write Arc 1-5, and then 5 years to write Arc 6, if he goes back to the pace of the first five arcs or at least improves from Arc 6 the series should be over in a few years.
>Arc 6 lasted for 5 years >Re:Zero started only 8 years ago it's honestly crazy how abrupt of a halt the WN got to, I guess Tappei just wanted to immerse us in how Beako felt
