The anime clearly wins in overal representation.
Sure it has a couple of icky scenes, but so does the manga with all its perspective issues and blatant plagiarism from works that aren't his.
This scene alone is more detailed in the anime and invokes the proper emotions.
The scene quality is amazing and the score they use is like an orchestra of Angels.
The manga version is just crap.
