Nothing really. It sells well sure, but sales do not directly correlate to cultural impact. Golgo sold 120M but no one remembers it. Nana outsold WanPiss at one point and no one remembers it.
Nobody in the industry even acknowledges Isayama, he's a non-entity in some irrelevant magazine who can't write or draw and has not influenced one single notable work. SnK will be forgotten immediately after it finishes just like other trash that sold well such as TG, it has no acclaim or presence in the industry.
