I watched their "earn and learn" on coinbase. I had never done anything with crypto before. I said "that sounds nice" I bought a bit, then a bit more. Started reading news and announcements about it and decided I need 1000 xtz by today. Now I'm up 30%. I don't know if it's going to move as fast as Link. I doubt it will, but it has been reliable these past few months.

It's actually true. Lost something like 20K back before LTC had ascis from the Fibonacci scam and fucking Jasinlee and the LTC mods vouching for him.
Threw what little I had left in Eth, waited for like a year or whatever while BTC maxis called it a scam, sold at $1.5 - $2 because of a personal issue and walked away from crypto.
Buddie I met convinced me to get back in when BTC hit $2K - put in $2,600 and made like 4 good trades.
XMR at .016 -> sold on Bithumb for .05, margin longed at 80% Segwit lockin, margin shorted Tezos futures on Bitmex because I read the fine print and Aurthur said no release that year and one other good trade I can't remember.
I'm so old I bought Vertcoin when ASICS were coming to LTC and Vert ACTUALLY had privacy where Darkcoin/Dash was just branding itself that way.

Saw BtcEXpress fork & destroy Auracoin - dude had more hashpower than god & did that stuff for fun. Then the Bitcoin castle guy shilling Monero built his 2d Monero game and scammed all of them but his castle burned down.
