Pretty much every competently drafted contract includes an arbitration clause. This is because, even though courts are much more competent and fair, court is expensive and fucking slow. People would rather have some kind of impartial decision maker settle their disputes. Google "arbitration clauses" to see what I mean.

For this reason, a token that CONTAINS an arbitration system is a huge value. Obviously the vast majority of PNK contracts will never use arbitration (just like real world ones). But you know, most arbitrators aren't judges or even lawyers, they're just regular people that it's agreed will settle a dispute. That's exactly how it works in the real world. All the more reason it would work in a smart contract.

I'm not accusing you of being stupid or anything. This isn't common sense. It's just something you are ignorant of and you can easily educate yourself on it.

You should look into something called ADR to get an idea of what the other user is talking about - alternatives to litigation are a huge growth area in the real world for a variety of reasons, with dispute resolution mechanisms baked into all sorts of commercial contracts these days.

I put this on my watchlist a few months ago thinking that it was a scam, and I looked back and shit this is printing like most other coins.

Their "potential flaw" as you call it is the antithesis of western law. Obfuscations and red herrings don't do anything to negate the fact that it doesn't matter if it's judges, sworn in juries or neets sitting at home in their underwear judging cases, the basic guidelines of entrance to arbitration is so flawed it's laughable.
