You can't dismiss his predicament and say the whole family was on the way to recovering, when one of those family members was left out. He, his state, and his opinions matter, so if the Todorokis really want to heal as a family, they'll have to consider Touya/Dabi into the equation as well.

It will be harder now to press on with the healing process for sure, but that's what's fair and right. If Endeavor and Shoto had any sense of justice in their bodies, they'd save Touya instead of letting himself burn to death... AGAIN.
