What kind of lift? For bench press i can do an 8 rep set of 65 lb dumbells. No i'm not strong at all.

I don't lift dumbbells I just fap to Hibiki and Akemi.

I use around 40 - 60 kg for bench press, 70 - 100 for deadlifting and 100 - 120 for squats

I'm lazy and don't feel like buying actual gym equipment for my shitty apt. Thinking of filling some 2 liter bottles up with water and using them for shitty dumbbells, 4 of them is usually a good weight for me for longer reps.

Depends on if I'm doing pectoral exercises, shoulder exercises, bicep exercises, or tricep exercises.

That's good for dumbbells. Dumbbells allow you to lift a lot less weight than barbells. If I recall, your combined dumbbell bench should be about 60% of your max barbell lift. So yours would be:
>65x2=130
>130/60%=215~
Your barbell bench should be around 200-215, that's well above the average for a man.
