The circulating supply is not 350 million, that is just what is shown on coinmarketcap. Coinmarketcap is just a website, they don't have insiders on every single crypto team to confirm every single coin/token going into circulation. They have as much info as we do and they also don't really have any incentive to keep up with researching thousands of assets circulating supplies. So they just don't always have them updated.
