But shouldn't Krone have been punished anyway for stealing the watch even if someone else directed her to do it? Grandma seems like the kind of person who'd just punish them both, and there's no way Krone should have been entrusted with the position of Sister.

Only one of the entire class would be promoted as sister, they were probably gonna have Cecile thinking of her as a loyal dog but since Krone snitched on her with what should've been easily hidden evidence they probably assumed Cecile wasn't all that bright, so Krone's the next best dog for them.

before you said that the friend sacrifice was for nothing, remember that Krone final "fuck you!" To the system was vital in helping the kids to escape which eventually destroyed the system.

This is a manga adaptation of Krone's side of the 2nd LN story, I wonder if the next side story being Isabella's means it'll be her story in the LN with Leslie.

Honestly I feel like Minerva could've done better to aid more escapes, like the kids' escape was soley viable because Krone mamaged to get them the pen which was also only possible because his assistant managed to drop the pen in hopes someone rebellious enough would find it, pick it up and happen to deliver it to kids in the plants who're plotting escape.

I don't think the blurred face was ever for the sake of concealing her appearance to later be revealed but rather it was just a stylistic choice for the sake of bringing something uneasy to the atmosphere whenever she's around or something.
