If GT4 releases in April like I am thinking it will, it’s release date and a small 2-3 sentence blurb that will at least tell us which MC we will be following and a general idea of what to expect will be out in February. Thats not a lot of content but its worth a few threads of speculation until the cover and longer synopsis is out

Index succeeded because of the popularity of Misaka- a character who was so well received that Index was quickly sidelined and the Railgun "spinoff" came out and was more successful than Index. Clearly, this "man" is delusional.

I don't think she is so heavily involved that she can't spare time for Railgun. The gaps between arcs in Railgun is longer anyway and they don't usually take that long. Plus, despite the fan made calendar there are only a few solid dates.
