Contrary to popular opinion, I believe Kamachi is in fact not scared to go full muderKoto. Unlike Misaki, or even Othinus, Kamachi in general doesn't attach colours to Mikoto's actions. Especially if you consider how she shot the Railgun at someone simply because her dress got ruined, or how Kimi and Touma have both said Mikoto has a loose trigger finger.

Mikoto even considered using Salome's pocked watch to hang her, and would have actually gone through with shooting the railgun at the refugees. She scarily switches back from murderous to tsundere. These are actually conscious hostile actions separated from her tsun aspect.
