Those are some huge feet.

Those are some long legs.

Those are some baki-tier legs.

Manga has more shelves dedicated to it than graphic novels in both Banes & Nobles near me.

Everything's big on this girl.

all my local libraries have about an 80-20 split in graphic novels in favor of manga over western shit.

Manga sales outside of Japan make up ~3% of total sales. Largely irrelevant but not nothing.

Are her hands as proportionally big as everything else?

I assume the majority of manga sales in Japan are from magazines and not volumes of individual manga. I wonder what percent of single-series volume sales the world outside of Japan accounts for

Do people other than otaku buy whole volumes of manga?

It's the other way around, magazine sales are very small compared to volume sales in Japan.

You know what they say about girls with big feet

The second biggest market for manga in the world is France where One Piece sold 1.5m copies as the top manga there, so u can guess what the rest of the countries sell if the top sold manga in the second biggest manga market pulled 1.5m, fucking irrelevant in the grand scheme of things, people just read it on the internet instead.

>France where One Piece sold 1.5m copies
lol in 2 years its sold more than MHA life time in the US

at least she's got big boobz for those huge feet

And even so mangas sales more than american Cómic in USA lol

Usually, if the store has 2 floors, there is one shelf dedicated to manga.
95% of them translated into my countries god awful language, 5% in english, sometimes 4% cause for some reaso we may get a series fully translated in french.

Poland?

>~3% of total sales
Source?

France is second biggest manga market on the world.
In Burgerland manga is outselling capeshit.

Yes, manga is cheap and mainstream compared to anime. Plus there is shitload of niche topics so everyone will find something for themselves.

yes

Kimetsu isn't a manga, it's a social phenomenon almost solely sparked by Ufotable

Why did it even blow up so hard? Is it because it's a basic shonen with a traditional japanese setting?

Yeah, nips like classic-asian setting, kingdom is Pretty popular and it's chinese folklore

Regularly top bestseller lists in the US. Kids don't actually like tumblr or CalArts shit.

>How good are manga sales outside of japan?
I wouldnt know. I pirate my stuff

>I pirate my stuff
basado taco

Makes sense, Western audiences love Victorian settings.

>I assume the majority of manga sales in Japan are from magazines and not volumes of individual manga
How can you be so wrong, damn. Magazine sales are counted for separately and they are nowhere near as sought for as volume releases in Japan, magazines are pretty much recycle bin fodder, they are so cheap, with paper quality being so poor, that most buyers throw them out after reading them once. Magazine are pretty much newspaper in that regard, they buy to see what’s currently happening with their series and then wait for the volume release.

Big socks?

maybe
