But Phantom Seer is unironically terrible. Like, S8 levels of shit. The art isn't anything amazing as it looks bland as hell (though the illustrator clearly knowing how to draw) and the story is horseshit with literally zero good characters.

CSM had better sales than JJK when you compare their respective volumes. It would have done just as well as JJK if it had gotten animated.

Dr. Stone is probably the best written series on Jump right now, though. Considering how bad the writing on his earlier works were, they struck gold by giving him such a talented writer to work with.
