No, actually they both have no romantic feelings for each other, Tomozaki likes another girl and they are currently dating. Hinami congratulated Tomozaki when he got himself a girlfriend. Their relationship (Hinami and Tomozaki) stay the same, a friend and rival.

LN. The manga art is inferior, the mangaka makes it too comical, and the update is slow. Even right now in Japan, it's still adapting volume 3 of LN. YenPress have already translated 5 volumes and unlike other series they translated, they keep honorifics like "-san" and "-kun" in this series.

I mean they both have the same hobby and they see each other as rivals. There is only one path for them and I feel the author giving the MC a girlfriend is to show him improve. That's not to say that status quo is gonna stay like that. We will see, but I'm betting that it's gonna end with the MC and Hinami together in the end. I assume he's gonna find ways to milk the series up until that point. Who knows tho I may be completely wrong and it's not like that.
