Sounds cool to me. But kind of a mouthful. I prefer "Deku". Just how I'd prefer "Dekiru" over "Deku" if he started out as "Dekiru." Its also weirder to have your name be a sentence. Deku is so much easier to say, catchy, and I'm accustomed to it. Plus, "Deku" gives him the underdog vibe that's crucial to his character, even now when he has the most powerful quirk in existence. A guy named "I can do it!" Yelling "I can do it!" Seems cheesy, but a guy named "Useless" Yelling "I can do it!" Is cool.

Exactly. A hero calling himself "I can do it!" is lame but defeating strong villains with a name like "Useless wooden doll" is cool.

He has 1. Half of his quirk is exactly like his dad's whole quirk, so sometimes he has referred to it as his dad's quirk, but he was just born this way.

It's worth noting that the quirk singularity concept is that quirks will over time become too multifaceted and complex for human minds to handle, which *might* mean that having a doublesided complex quirk like this still puts you close to whatever the quirk-count limit is in a person.
