Try 2/10. Her clashes with Chainsaw Man were terrible. She gets easily thrashed twice by Pochita, then easily defeats Pochita, then somehow loses Pochita, then ignorantly defeats Pochita in a poorly choreographed brawl, then instantly loses after getting outsmarted by Denji. As an antagonist, her redeeming quality was the buildup.

It's not bait though. She went from having a semblance of something, anything deeper behind her mysterious layer, to laughing at Denji like a Bond villain, which was pretty cool desu, to infodumping and revealing her secrets to random people for no reason and being a single-minded fangirl. Which isn't bad in itself, except we've seen it before, in Fujimoto's own work even, and done to a much better degree. She's shallow and acts retarded when it's convenient for the good guys to escape or beat her up. Let's not forget the whole plot bends to her will and she gets asspulls galore, but only when it's convenient. The rest of the time, the opposing party shares the asspull ratio with her.
